this number may ring in the US but i am sure it is picked and answered in some other country .. is there and how do find out what country?? is there a trackig program or some way???

That is a Washington state # that may well be answered by a computer link to most any where on the planet. It very probably is an unlisted # as well. If you feel it is some kind of scam or something illegal, you could report it to the FCC in the US.

Did you receive a phone call from this number? That looks like a US phone number and after googling 206 area code it's a Washington state number. Not sure what you're asking here.
