I Had Unprotected s*x About A Week Before My Period Was Due Could I Be Pregnant?

I had unprotected s*x a little over a week before i was due to have my period. About 3 days later i started spotting. I still havent started my full blown period. I took a HPT but it said it was negative. I have been rather nauseated, and the spotting is on and off. Could I be Pregnant?

There still is a chance to be pregnant.  It is becoming more popular to have your period when you are pregnant so even if you do get your full blown period; a pregnancy test is still very important to take.

Oh yes you most definitely could. I had s*x about a week before my period was due last month (Around July 10-14 it should have come).  Didn't get my period, figured it was just acting funny, or coming late like it can do sometimes. But here I am over a month later, 10th of August, still no period.  Took a home test.  Negative result. A week later, still no period. Took another home test four hours ago---I'm pregnant. Also, with my first child, I had spotting too in the first few weeks, and that is normal. Some women do experience what seems like a very light period in the first month of pregnancy.

You can get prego at any time of the month. Wait a little bit longer to take a prego test. A lot of people are starting to be on their period and prego.

You can get pregnant anytime you have unprotected s*x.  Give it a full 4 weeks from the date you had s*x to test if your period doesn't come.
