  1. When you sweat a lot this is a healthy sign. It shows that you are drinking enough water, and that you are burning calories!

So dont "sweat it" lol its cool. But I do find that deoadrants and that cause you to sweat more and smell more.

  2. If you are in poor shape even though you are not over weight you will sweat a lot until you get back into shape. If you are in good shape and you still sweat a lot you will need to get a good check-up at the doctors.

  3. Your armpits can stop dripping with an anti-persperant spray, but with regards to your face, you would need to see a doctor as i dont think this is preventable.

    Could try drinking more water.

  4. Sweating is a natural occurrence when the body is under endurance, one should not prevent it.Just have a shower after the gym. That's what I do

Some people sweat when doing nothing either, Chris can be watching the TV and all of a sudden he will break out in a sweat. There are antiperspirants available on prescription from your GP if the issue is really bad. You said your otherwise fit and healthy, so there shouldn't any other underlying reason.

  5. It's normal to sweat after working out, it's just your body trying to cool down.

  6. this is normal enough as the body temp will rise after the work out a cold shower does for most people as it cools the body and closes the pores but if this is not enough sage either as a tincture or tea or capsule should help also as a face wash
