I Have A Question About Braces.??

Like Today Is My Second Day Having Braces, And I'm Wondering Like How Do You Eat With Them, It Hurts To Bad To Chew, So Like How Do You Eat, And I Have A Mouth Gard Cause I Play Sports And It Hurts Putting The Gard In My Mouth , Cause It Hits My Braces. What Do I Do?

I can relate, i got braces five days ago , and im still having trouble eating.

i just got braces not even a month ago, and for the first few days it hurt, and i couldn't really eat anything solid. just stick to soft foods for another couple of days and you'll be eating like normal again.

as for the mouth guard, i would talk to your orthodontist about that, there might be something you can do about it. it will probably stop hurting though in a few days.

Your mouth will just be sore for  a couple of days. try taking a pain killer but that's about all you can do.
