I Have A Weight Gaining Problem?

Hi people

I have decided i want to start working out but i need advice on how to gain weight... I really want to get bigger not like muscle mags bigger but average big. right now i weight in between 140 and 150lbs and 5'11'' 6'0'' it is my goal to put on about 40 to 50 lbs of muscle mass. now i don't really have the time to eat 5 and 6 meals a day and my stomach cant take 3 Huge meals so for one i need help to find a few good products for mass building that actually work i don't really need anything for energy or the sort i can work out for hours on end. also i know it is going to take a few months to put on that much weight but how long do you think it could be. lastly what do i need to do to keep the weight and muscle without getting any bigger. thanks guys for your help

oh and i don't know if this will help but i do come from a slim family and I'm hyperactive with a high metabolism. thanks again

  1. Eat alot of carbs like pasta, snack between meals on things like bananas


  2. You must limited yourself to 1000 calories a day to try.

  3. You should consume one or two protein shakes per today. You can get the cheap kind at Wal-mart, but it has only 250 calories per shake. You should get the expensive, quality kind from GNC (like Mass x*x--13 pound tub- 30 servings- $70) which has 1000 calories per shake. And quite obviously, someone trying to gain weight through muscle needs a lot of protein and calories. Two shakes per day should get you 110 grams of protein and 2000 calories. Have one in the morning and after your workout.

    And of course you should get a gym membership and start lifting 4 days per week.

  4. you should go to gnc and ask for there advice.

    they sell some stuff there that makes you gain weight
