Hi peopleI have decided i want to start working out but i need advice on how to gain weight... I really want to get bigger not like muscle mags bigger but average big. right now i weight in between 140 and 150lbs and 5'11'' 6'0'' it is my goal to put on about 40 to 50 lbs of muscle mass. now i don't really have the time to eat 5 and 6 meals a day and my stomach cant take 3 Huge meals so for one i need help to find a few good products for mass building that actually work i don't really need anything for energy or the sort i can work out for hours on end. also i know it is going to take a few months to put on that much weight but how long do you think it could be. lastly what do i need to do to keep the weight and muscle without getting any bigger. thanks guys for your helpoh and i don't know if this will help but i do come from a slim family and I'm hyperactive with a high metabolism. thanks again
