I Have An Eyebrow Question!?

Question

I have brunette hair, chemically altered of course. I'm a natural blonde, (I think). I like my brunette hair much better than my blonde hair, that's why I keep coloring it. Howver, being a natural blonde means my eyebrows are also naturally blonde. They are very hard to see without any eye pencil. I can't seem to get my eyebrows to look right with the eye pencil either! I use a dark blonde or a brown pencil. I'm thinking that next time I color my hair I'm going to color my eyebrows as well. What do you think I should do?

Keep in mind my hair is usually a tab bit darker...this picture was taken after an entire summer of being outside and in a pool/lake without recoloring it for 5 mos or so.

I am in the same boat as you are...

Im a former blond (naturally). I tried everything. Tinting my eybrows didnt last.I tried powder. I tried some stuff from MAC.

They have a pretty good eybrow pencil.The color is Stud. You can control the intensity of it and it stays on. Its good for shaping too.

use a brown eyeshadow that is about 2 shades lighter than your hair color. use a makeup brush to feather it onto your brows.

Arbonne also sells a Brow Wax in clear, blonde, auburn and brunette. you can use it as both a brow tint and a liquid eyeliner. i think it is great. i use that on myself to make my eyebrows look a little thicker. my eyebrows are ultra thin without it. and because i'm a natural brunette it looks funny with streaks of pale skin under my dark brown brows.

I think your hair and eyebrows look fine in that pic, although you could def dye your eyebrows at the same time as your hair.

Go get your eyebrows dyed by an esthetician, it costs very little, ($10 maybe) and it last for about 4 weeks. I would not recommend dying your own with the dye you use for your hair.

if you are really bothered about it though, I would suggest using an eyebrow powder instead. you apply with a brush and it looks more natural.

Go to a spa where they do makeup and let a pro show you how if you're not satisfied.

I had mine put on permanently by a plastic surgeon's assistant.  Love them.  Never have to use a pencil for the rest of my life.  I'm 35 yr.old.

to be honset your eyebrows didnt look bad in the picture. but the hassle of using a pencil does get old. so what i would suggest is yea get them dyed...but be sure the color only stays on for about 10 min. and most salons wont dye your eyebrows bc its a risk to have chemicals that close to your eyes...believe me i've tried.

don't color your eyebrows. it will just come out in like two or so weeks.
