Obviously sleep situations have crept into my mind but it is begining to worry me a little. I'm prone to anxiety-attacks and I'm on the verge of one I believe. My sleep pattern is totally backwards. I sleep when people are awake and awake when people are asleep. I probably get the average amount of hours for sleeping as the average person and I also smoke quite alot and can't help but feeling the bags under my eyes is a lung cancer symptom. I'm 20 years old and when I'm not in anxiety mode, the thought of lung cancer at my age is absurd but in my current mentality, it feels like a very realistic possibility. My hand's are shaking as I write this. Anybody who has knowledge of the situation would be really doing me a huge, huge favour. Thank you.
