I Have Been Charged Of Criminal Mischief, Punishments? ( 1st Time Offence )?

I LIVE IN DOVER, OHIO

Hello. I recently Spent the night At My mom's Best friends House, Who has a trouble-making son. There, I was dumb and I went Along with everything he wanted to do.. He decided he wanted to "egg" his neighbor's car with me.. Foolishly, I did. And like always, The law Found Out the truth.

I am A good kid, I get good grades, Have good friends, ETC.

I Have NEVER Been in trouble with the law in all of my life. BUT who I did it with is on probation

I AM 13.

So as of in 2 weeks I will have to go to court, being charged of Criminal Mischief.. I wrote A LONG statement, I apologized and everything.. What do you think could happen to me??

We did not throw the eggs for we feared it would damage the car, We cracked them on the side walk and put it on the car.

plus My dad checked out with the owners and the Car was not damaged at all.

Probation? Jail time? Community Service?

you are only 13 the worst thing they can make you do is pay restitution, but there were no damages. they can also put you on juvenile probation, which is a piece of cake, show up to the class, and you will be okay. i got in big trouble as a juvenile, and thank god because if i was an adult it would have been way worse.
