I Have Deleted All My Songs..... Where ARe They?

Okay so I Updated to 1.1.3 on my iPod Nano 3rd Gen. And After That I Syced My iPod and All My Songs are Gone. If I Restore My iPod and when I Set it Up Will It Say "Setup From BAck up" or something.... In other words How do i get them Back

or seach for the songs you lost under search

Try going into your recycle bin and restoring your files. They will automatically go back into your itunes library
