I Have Fitness First Period For School, Do I Need To..?

I have fitness first period for school from 8:35 to 9:50. I never eat breakfast, and i was wondering since i have to run alot and exercise, do i have to eat breakfast, because i also have lunch early in the morning right after that class from 9:50 to 11:10.

  1. Breakfast is the most important meal.  You need it to have energy to do the workout, and also to help your muscles grow and repair and to have a healthy metabolism.  


  2. Everyone needs some form of breakfast to kick start your metabolism.  Studies prove that breakfast eaters perform better physically and brain wise too!
