you don't actually have it until your officially diagnosed, see your GP for a referral to CMHT and they will properly diagnose you and give you the right treatment

Not another syndrome! It seems as if the medical profession make them up so as to get money and status from treating something they have invented. As histrionic is known as hysterical anger and mania, then you must be a violent drama queen. Learn to relax, meditation is good for it.
