Question:

I Have Man b***s? Can you Give Me Some Suggestions

I go back to school in about 2 and a half weeks and would like to not have man b***s when I go. I can do this for as long as you suggest I am very good at push ups about how many would I need to do a day to get rid of them thanks so much JOE also if you could explain what i could eat to help me

  1. The best way to lose weight is cardio work (Running, Biking) really pushing your self. Also when you’re working out its best to only work out 3 times a week to give your body the rest it needs. However cardio work can be done as much as you’re body can handle.

    Remember the more working out (lifting weights ect.) you do the more calories you need.

    Calories ant fat, it’s energy however when there not used it then stores it self in your body as fat to save for when you’re body has a lack off food, I’m not saying starve your self, but make sure to eat the right amount for what you’re doing.

    Also another thing I can’t stress enough is drink lots of water! Keep you’re bodie hydrated

  7. So excersize a lot and get rid of the man b***s. Running would be really effective. Plus you'll have to lay off the sweets.

  9. It is actually pretty normal for young men going through puberty to have "man b***s." If you are worried about them then the best thing to do is to run a mile or so and do at least 20 push-ups a day .

  10. eat healthy and try cardio to lose weight from other areas.  work out and just keep your muscles around your pecks strong. lots of reps and you don't have to do heavy weights.  you want definition, not more bulk in that area.  all the presses---shoulder, chest, incline etc.  just do what you can until you can do more.  i saw this on oprah that some guys just can't get rid of them.  it's in some peoples' genes.    a lot of people are just going to doctors to have them removed.

  11. Run my friend but make sure to wear a bra so your man jigglies wont bounce. Jk just workout you should be able to lose about 5 lbs safely if you reduce 500 cals cut out sweet drinks and sweets, and run 3 miles. Do lots of push ups too until your fatigued and crunches and squats. heck you should be paying me for this lol. cut own carbs eat meat like a m**o. haha

  12. The key ingredient to gaining muscle mass is to add lots of PROTEIN to your daily diet. You should have 1.0-1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. Protein helps your body to build lean muscle after your workout. Speaking of workout, I would start with simple toning exercises (low weight/more reps) to get your muscles used to being worked. After about 2 weeks you can go to the strengthening exercises (high weight/low reps). This will break down your muscles fast and with all the protein in your diet, when they heal it will be solid lean muscle mass.

    Do intervals (sprint for short distance then walk then repeat a few times) also do push up slowly 1 time then raise up your left arm in the air and let your right hand carry your weight. Go back to one more push up then raise your right arm in the air and lean your weight on your left arm (make sure only your hand and feet are on the ground) doing this several times every other day will help.

    Other things such as sit ups or jump rope also helps... All of these exercises will strengthen your man b***s and help tone it so it'll look smaller and more fit

    during health class my teacher said to the guys  soon  you will think you have b***s but you don't he said it happens to everyone thats a guy. and eventually it goes away.

    in the mean while if  you really want to get rid of them. do exercisers

    and wear baggy shirts so the can't show.

  17. hey, i would recommend doing a little bit of running some biking, anything that can get you going. stay away from anything that has sugar, and try to get a balanced diet, to where you can have 6 small meals a day so it seems like your full. your trying to trick you body, so then you don't over eat.  hope i helped, good luck.
