I AM 15 AND RECENTLY HAD MY BELLY PIERCED I THINK SOONER OR LATER IN LIFE I WONT WANT IT ANYMORE AND I WILL LIKE TO KNOW THAT IF I TAKE IT OUT LIKE WHEN I AM 17 OR 18 WILL I CATCH AN INFECTION ??? I KNOW THERE WILL STILL BE A HOLE SO I CAN PUT IN A BAR WHEN I FEEL LIKE BUT I DOUBT THAT WILL HAPPEN SO WOULD I CATCH AN INECTION ???

no you wont..you take care of it while its healing...which is right now...right now is when its at most risk of getting infected...so take care of it!

If you take it out when it's healthy then you won't get an infection and it will heal up within a week.

Just take of it and keep it clean.

but no you wont get and infection if you keep it clean

You won't get an infection when you take it out and it's all healed up.

But your hole can close after taking it out.
