I Have a Judgment on a person and what to put it on there credit report does anyone know how to do this?

  1. You don't.  Judgments are reported thru public records.  It should automatically show up on their credit file.


  2. A judgment will be in public record databases and be picked up automatically.

  3. Unless you are a reporting member of a credit Co.  you can not do that.  The judgement is done through the courts I presume and as such it will be common knowledge and such information is usually printed in your local newspaper.

  4. BDancer is correct. The credit bureaus scan the public records all the time for things like this. It is very unlikely that this is not already showing on their credit.

  5. You already have a judgement against this person. Shouldn't that be enough? Be merciful.
