I Have a problym with my DSL and a "Active Connection" Problem! Help!?

Okay, my internet connection is really weird. Firstly, it said that "There is more than one active network connection on his computer"

ad then it said to "Unplug or disable one of the active connections to try to solve the problem" But i dont know how to disable a network from my PC........please help!

If you have a wireless adapter and an ethernet adapter both connected you confuse the computer.  If you're using wireless unplug the ethernet cable (and ignore the message that a cable is disconnected).  If you're using ethernet turn off the wireless adapter.  You should almost never be using both (and if you should be, you'd know why and how to).
