I Have both dimond and pearl when i put up a trade on gts i can not find my offered pokemon are trades random?

i have done it befor with my turtwig so i know it can be done

Hmm... Thing is the pokemon shown to you are random unless there are less than the maximum amount shown at the time. Also the gts system will do trades itself if it does find two pokemon that have that same asking prices and the one's not at the time wil be the ones shown when you search for a pokemon on the GTS

No, they just chose the 3-7 trade that best match your criteria. So if you can't find your own, it means it dosn't match the criteria. Or, there's always the chance that someone already took it. Oh well. Just borrow a friend's DS and trade it.
