you are having income both from salaries & business & profession. in this case you will need to file the ITR in ITR-4 only.

If your salary is principal source of income, you can show insurance commission  as income from other sources. Therefore ITR-2 can be filed.

However , if insurance commission is main source of income, you will have to file ITR-4
