I Have my G1, Which highways can i drive on?

I just got my G1 and i am practicing and everything, now i know you can drive on hwy 11 and other little highways like that, I was wondering if i could drive to Alberta, or BC. My grandmother wants to go out there but she doesn't want to drive alone. the hwy i would be taking is hwy 17 to the boarder of Ontario and Manitoba, then hwy 1 all the way to Lethbridge.

G1 can not drive on any 400 series OR "controlled access" highways with posted speeds over 80km/h. To me, that means if the highway has on/off ramps and over 80 you can't be there. All others 80 and below you're good.
