they call and want to come early. Is that just a coincidence? Or is there some sort of buyers 'trick" I don't know about?

My house hasn't even been on the market now for 6 months.

  1. Well, you're on the right track. Alot of people want to see how the house is kept. If they show up on time that gives any filthy person time to clean up. Hense, hidden dangers that the buyer would never suspect.  Keep the house in immaculate shape at all times. Never turn down a buyer. This market is against sellers.

  2. My mom always said that "if a realty agent says they will be there at 2, they will show up at 1".

The only trick that buyers know is to constantly change the times they want to go out looking. And then change it again at the last minute.

  3. Probably a coincidence, but it could also be them trying to see how the house is taken care of when you're not expecting anyone.
