First of all that's not a question but an affirmative statement. An answer says Success is just a state of mind. I can agree to that to some extent. But you seem to be saying that hard work cannot be linked with success which is incorrect.

Sometimes we don't work hard and fail and it's very easy to accept and understand our failure. But when we have worked hard and then we fail.

Try to analyse the reasons for you failure or not being successful. Perhaps you worked hard less, perhaps you worked hard in a wrong direction or in a wrong way.

Remember one thing you can never give you best but can give your better every next time.
