  1. Those are symptoms of pregnancy.... Could you be? Or very nervous or stressed about something. If you are it could IBS. I got so nervous after being engaged that I had those symptoms and went to the doctor and that's what it was.

  2. Is your back pain associated with eating?  Does it keep you from exercising?  Exercise can be helpful in maintaining bowel regularity.

You could have irritable bowel syndrome. They have drugs for that.  Another possibility is Gluten-intolerance.  Go off wheat products for a week or so and see if your symptoms lessen.  ( I have not eaten wheat for 13 years and I had symptoms similar to what you describe when I was eating wheat.

But you should definitely consult your physician.

  3. I am not sure exactly what is going on with you.

Have you thought about wearing a SACROILIAC BELT  (aka SI Belt) around your pelvis? What it does is that by providing the correct balance of resistance and resilience, the SI belt re-establishes the joint’s normal motion,  thus relieves stress and instability at these weight bearing structures. The price of SI belts are in reasonable range these days, average cost is about $40 USD. I know a lot of people who wear SI belts, and I've read some astonishing testimonials about it. There are many  si belts out there, but Serola SI Belt seems to be the best one as far as quality, comfort, and price are considered. Check out their website for more: http://www.serola.net/product_new_sac_be...

I think you buy directly from their website at: http://serolabelt.com/new-serola-sacroil...

Hope it helps, good luck to you!
