I take clozepam and Lexapro, I am a little Nervous of flying i haven't been on a plane for 11 years i am 26 years old male

should i tell my doctor to gave me xanax i was on xanax for 3 years thats why he switched me over to Clozepam

i don't know what to do i am flying in 26 days and i am a little nervous

HELP!!! PLEASE

  1. I would put it in your check in bag.  If you are still worried, have the doctor write you a note stating that you are on certain meds.


  2. Xana, Lorazepam and valium are all very good anti anxiety meds that you could ask him to prescribe you.

  3. Its quite common to be nervous when you have to fly. I fly 3+ times a year and still get nervous every time I board the plane. Just take something to read or to keep you busy and you mind off from flying. Take a aspirin about an hour before to relax you. You will be fine!
