If the hole is filled with air, the human will quickly reach terminal velocity (around 120 mph with arms and legs spread out).  We can make an approximation and say that he falls the entire time at terminal velocity.  The hole is 7.62 miles deep, so it will take him

t = x / v

t = (7.62 miles) / (120 miles/hour)

t = 0.0635 hours

t = 3.81 minutes

t = 3 minutes, 49 seconds
