PLS READ: i have assassins creed, crackdown and gears of war 1.

theres no age restrictions (i got big bro). i also wanna get a good RPG, which should i go for: Mass Effect or Too Human!!!!!!

Oblivion (RPG), Call of Duty 4 (FPS, best online game by far), GTA IV, Gears of War, Dead Rising, and Too Human. Anything really apart from Halo 3.

I've logged a TON of hours in Oblivion. As for the two RPGs you mentioned, I really liked Mass Effect. I haven't played Too Human, and well, the reviews it's been getting aren't that great.

There is a lot of good games you can get for the Xbox 360. I like your taste of games. Gears of war... Assassins creed nice one :). Call of duty 4 is one of the most popular games on the Xbox 360 so far along with Gears of war and some others. So... Call of duty 4, GTA IV, Rainbow six vegas 2, Pro evolution soccer 2008, Forza motorsport 2, Topspin 3, Virtua tennis 3 are all brilliant games and there is so many more. I have only played the Too human demo, and i liked it. Im sorry i cannot comment on which one to get because i have not yet played Mass effect but i have heard some good reviews about it. *Dead Rising- its a great zombie game.

*Call of Duty 4- Online is awesome adn story mode is fun

*halo 3-online is fun

*Bioshock- a great game, but it has some downs, such as no penaltys for death. but it was game of the year i think. simply, its a great game.

*Army of Two- you and your bro could play this. its co-op story mode and i think online. good shooting game

*Condemend- its a good game.  your a detective in a crazy part of town trying to prove a murder that you didnt commint.
