I JUST SLEPT FOR 22 HOURS STRAIGHT!!!

has this ever happened to anyone im usually a very very light sleeper.

  5. Only when I was a baby. Slept for 24 hrs straight. You must've needed the sleep.

  9. wow...ive never slept quite that long. but when i get depression i have slept up to bout 18 hours...or maybe u wer ejust pure exhausted??

  11. If you slept for that long, more than likely your body is telling you that you needed it. I mean your body tells you things, and sleep is very important. You would not have stayed asleep that long unless your body really felt the need.

  13. haha i like what that person said "welcome to the club" haha if there is one im in it. but yeah it is normal, one time me and all my friends went to washington dc for a trip for skool and they put 8 girls in 2 conjoined rooms. we would be up till kinda late like 1 or 2 sumtimes 3 but on they way back to florida me and my friend brittany slept the whole way! we didnt wake up to eat or anything. then when we got home we slpt throught the night and all through the next day. but normally i fall asleep at 1 and dont get up till 2 the next day. it is normal for alot of young people going through growth sprits and stuff, or people that had a tiering week or day. you are pretty normal.

  16. well...yes...i did it...it is a mexican tradition to sleep for 48 hrs at least twice a year! when i visited there for the 7th time...i finally decided that i should try it...and what do u know...it was amazing!!! when you wake up you feel so relaxed...i did it for 79 hrs...

  17. sleep is good for you. You were probably in need of it. But if it continues every night you  might want to be checked out by a Dr.

  19. Maybe you didn't get enough sleep the night before, or you've been not sleeping much lately, so your body had to catch up on the sleep youve been deprived of!
