  1. First of all, isolated storms means that only a couple areas will see storms, if that. Scattered storms means there is a better chance at seeing rain and more of the area will see storms. From what I take by the forecast, they are predicting a better chance of storms on July 4, and they have a 30% chance of isolated storms on July 5, so i think that the storms on July4 might carry into the morning of july 5th, and that is why they have that small chance of storms on July 5.  I think the later on in the day you go, the better chance you have of not seeing rain. But keep in mind, even though isololated means only one spot will get the storms, your spot might be that spot!  I think you will be ok. Even if you do get a isolated storm, it won't last long and you will have the majority of the day rain free.  And also July 5 is 6 days away,  so anything can change by then.

  2. I would go!  30% chance of isolated thunderstorms is a low percentage and especially during the summer months it's normal.  In the south we hit a spell where every afternoon a thunderstorm occurs somewhere in the area with one portion getting a lot and another portion being bone dry.  Isolated means just that...hit or miss.  Go and enjoy yourself!

  3. the morning after

    thunderstorms that remain loners

this happens everywhere all the time and its no chance

  4. isolated thunderstorms means that the current conditions at the time may produce some pop up thunderstorms. Normally we get this all the time in the summer, esp if it is humid. I wouldnt cancel any plans. these are probably hit and miss storms and even if they do pop up, it wont last all day and will clear out as soon as they came.
