I Keep Having a Weird Recurring Dream?

It usually happens once a year:

I am at a park and there is a huge playequipmentt thingy. I go inside of it and thenrealizee I have to leave soon, so I try to get out, only I can never find my way out. Then I think I have woken up and the world is spinning and then I feel like I am dropping (like on adropping ridee), It freaks me out a bit. I don't know what it could mean. Any ideas?

It kind of looks like a feeling of being trapped in something or a situation.

the dropping part i can relate to. i've felt like that right before i wake up every once in a while.

i'm not sure what it means though
