If you want him to be able to tell you two apart, maybe get a new haircut.  Something that sets you apart from your sister.

You should seriously consider getting permanent cosmetics for your face, that way he is sure to be able to keep track of who is who (just be sure to fill him in that you are the one that has had this procedure done once you do so).

The only other alternative I can think of is to have your boyfriend fall in love with you.  Hopefully, if that occurs and he is your true soul-mate, he should instinctively know that you are you.
