I Live in Muscat , Oman and my question is I dont see stars in the sky every evening, very rarely I see Why?

Stars are not visible always, very rarely why is it so?

Stars look bright at night.

Stars are same bright in day.

Blue Sky is more bright in day than stars

So, can not see stars in day

(some deep valleys in mountains CAN see stars in day)

City lights at night can also be too bright

Dust can be too thick in air

Pollution can be too heavy in air, too.

Need clear air and dark sky to see many stars.

Muscat and the entire Persian Gulf area has very bad light pollution, from the flaring of gas at oil wells.

You will do much better if you can travel to southern Oman for stargazing. Here's a map of light pollution areas in the world:

probably dust in the atmosphere. this is common in desert areas.

Desert areas usually have exceptional atmospheric clarity.  Perhaps you have too much light pollution if the city is large and brightly lit.  If there are numerous oil refineries nearby, air pollution could be an answer.  Occasionally you might have dust  in the atmosphere from the Sahara.  I've only been through that region once and it was too long ago to remember.

Most likely light pollution.  Get out of the city.

But you should see some stars.  The brightest stars Sirius, Vega.  You should see the Moon even during the day.
