I'm fairly certain that you must be 16 to work in any places like Krogers or any other business.Try maybe a local ice cream shop in your are but more than likely they only hire if you are 16 and older.

6.85 is minimum wage in Ohio. However, some businesses are allowed to pay a lesser wage to younger workers. Ask at the interview if you get one. (They should tell you without your asking but that doesn't always happen.)

14 year olds can be hired in non-dangerous, non-responsible jobs. Like bagging groceries.

Start by finding out what the minimum wage is in your state.  Being so young and if you have no experience, you can expect to start out at minimum wage.  But once you prove that you are a hard worker, you should earn a pay increase.
