IS THIS DAKSHIPURI is in urban area or rural area .is it in rural area u can go to ur village office and refer them ,can ask to ur poltical leader in ur area he will make all the necessary things and if ur in urban are u can go to municipal office and ask them,or u can go to district village office(in my opinion  the leader of political party in ur area will give the right procedures to  follow up because one vote will make the difference in election,

u must have an voters id along with passport that makes proof that ur a citizen of india.bye

First go to http://ceodelhi.nic.in/ which is the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi. On that page, click on '(NEW!) Draft Electoral Rolls (PDF) of NCT of Delhi as on 1-1-2008'. This will lead you to the page of 'Chief Electoral Officer, NCT Of Delhi. Draft Electoral Rolls as  on 01-01-2008'. Enter your locality name viz. Dakshinpuri in the box marked 'To Know Your Assembly Enter Your Locality Name' and click on 'Search'. You will be lead to the page of 'Election Commission of India. Electoral Rolls for NCT of Delhi'. Dakshinpuri falls under the 34-DR. AMBEDKAR NAGAR (SC) Assembly Constituency. Check your locality under the column titled 'LOCALITY' (2nd column). Click on the appropriate locality detail under the column titled 'LOCALITY DETAILS' (3rd column). Here you will find the updated Electoral Roll of 34-Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (SC) Assembly Constituency and you can check whether your name is in the rolls or not. If your name is there in the rolls, in column 8 you will find the number of the Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) that has been issued to you.
