Maybe you should have bought a used car that you could afford. There's not much you can do, why would the dealer help you to pay them less money. Pretty much the only option is to try to get a loan with a lower rate and pay off the loan through the dealship although if you can't pay your bills now I dobut you have crdit to get a loan.

Interesting that you say the payments are too high now. Are they different from the payments you agreed to when you bought the car? If they're the same (which is most likely) why are they too high now, but weren't too high when you decided to buy the car? Sounds to me like you bought more car than you could afford. My suggesttion is to sell this car and buy an inexpensive ued car that you can afford.
