I Lost a group how do I get it back?

I am a moderator of a group Metro IMPS and it is now gone, How can we get it back? I don't recall deleteing it, it is at all possible to goet that information back?

it depends on why it's gone. some people have sent this form and their lost group was reinstated, this also depends on the length of time it's been since the group has been deleted.
