You won't get as much as you paid for it because of deprecation.   Takes long time o get the agent to write the report and submitted to the underwriters before paying you.

I take it that you need to get it fixed. Did you have insurance? If you did, they will give you the money to fix it or say that it is damaged beyond repair and pay you what it is worth. Do you sill own the bank for it? If so, then you will have to pay the bank off and you get the rest of the money if there is any.
