I NEED A REALLY GOOD TOFFEE RECIPE!!!

Hey guys. um i need a really quick and easy but TASTY toffee recipe. do you know how to get a perfect, hard but not burnt toffee??? BY THE WAY. someone told me that IF YOU MAKE TOFFEE YOU HAVE TO THROW THE POT OUT. is it true?? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

The way the recipe is written it poor, but it is quite tasty.
