Why don't you try creating your clan site on one of these websites? There's quite a lot of options out there.

I have always used webstarts. It's great and free. Go to http://webstarts.com/

If you don't want a sub domain name, for example, www.theirname.com/yourname, I use dot tk. It is also free. Go to http://www.dot.tk/en/pageA00C1A.html
