im 15 years old and i want my tounge periced i allready have my bellybutton periced!! but i want my tounge do u think its S****y? i dont want people to think of me in that way so what do you think is it cute ?

first off; i love navel piercings ;]

second of all; most guys will look at you differently if you have a tongue piercing, thinking that you're more likely to perform a 'sexual favour'

Personally, i love tongue piercings. &i don't think they're at all S****y

People who think they're S****y, just have a very dodgy mind, thinking about sexual things all the time...

if you really want one, go for it. It's your opinion that matters most, not what random Yahoo! Answerer's' think.

Learn how to spell before you get it done. You are going to need another form of communication once your tongue swells up, and your spelling is obviously not a strong point for you.

I agree with the others on a few things.  First, I think you should wait a few years, and then if you still want it get it done.  If you take care of it the way you are supposed to, you will be fine.  Second, I also agree that if you get it done now it will make people look at you differently.  It is unfortunate because not everyone gets them for "sexual reasons," but that is usually the first thing people think of.  Just wait it out....you probably will change your mind.

It's not S****y, but you are far too young. Who pierced your bellybutton? You are running a serious risk of having the piercing grow out as your body grows.

A good piercer won't pierce your tongue until you're at least 16, preferably 18, so forget about it 'til then, and go study spelling some more. You are making yourself look immature and uneducated.

Well, hun you are 15. A belly button is under as hirt (most of the time) and is not a bad pericing to have.  But being a 15 year old with a toung pericing will make guys look at you differently.  I know many guys who beleive a girl with a tounge percing performs "sexual favors" more than a girl without, so that alone shows that people who get there tounge perced have a sirtant sterio type. But as long as you have respect for yourself you should be fine, But really in my oppinion you are a tad bit younge. BecarfuL!!

I think it is really S****y. And gross when people play with their funky tounge rings. Not to mention the amount of infection you leave yourself open to.

You are an uneducated s***k.  Learn to spell and stop putting holes in your body and caring what other people think.  Tongue piercings are bad for your mouth, they cause infections that are hard to treat and can chip your teeth.
