  1. hi

it sounds like the onset of labour, happened to both my girls before the birth. Stay around her if she wants you to, direct her to wheer you want her to have the babies. you dont need a vet , cats still have natural instinct- people used to too, but we seem to have lost it these days in the western world. Go to other areas and you waont find many people off to see the midwife when they give birth. just be there to support her through it.

  2. go to her if she is friendly to you and sit beside her for 10-20 mins. watch her belly and see if she is contracting. she is probably in labor so now would be a good time to bring her in the house if you plan to do so. also be aware that she will move the kittens from their birth spot because the smell of birth will attract predators. the whitish brownish stuff is the amniotic fluid, so if she doesn't give birth in the next 2 hours or so I would suggest taking her to the vet because one of the babies may be blocking the birth canal (which will not only kill the kittens but will kill mama and cause her lots of pain) also, if she hasn't eaten in the last 24 hours that's a sign of labor. hope I helped if i did can i get a best answer rating???

  3. Well you came to the wrong place to get them. Pick up the PHONE to a VET. Do you know for a fact the female is pregnant? If not, be seriously worried that this is a pyometra. If she is pregnant, also be seriously worried that something is going wrong with the pregnancy.

    VETS. Geez.

    Chalice

  4. Quite possibly. Esp if there is blood.

Otherwise ... you might have found the WMD that Saddam was hiding.

  5. Make sure she has a safe place to give birth.

After the babies are born PLEASE HAVE HER SPAYED!
