I NEED FREEWEBS HELP, PLEASE ANSWER!!?

I can't add an image to my freewebs site. After I type in the file name of the picture I want to add, it goes back to my homepage and nothing happens, on the bottom of the screen (the grey part) it says "Stopped" What does this mean and how can I just put my picture on the site?

Be sure that you're typing in a valid file name,

that the picture isn't too big,

or the wrong file type.  Images can be jpg, gif, png, and tif.  Check which ones the site hosts.
