  1. It doesn't need twisting. Its curved, so it won't twist anyway. The skin won't grow on the bar if you get me, just leave it alone.

  2. if its a curved bar there is noe special technieque to twisting its just impossible becuase the hole it curved and wont bend the other way.

you can touch it but just make sure you wahc your hands before hand i have my belly pierced and i thought th same thing and then it clicked duhhh!

    hope i could help.

  3. Er, don't?

If its a curved bar, which it should be, it won't want to twist, and if you do, then it will just stretch the hole. And can rip the fistula, and drag all the criusties in.

You shouldn't need to move it though. Just soak of any of the crust. If it you have to move it when you clean, just do up and down, after you've cleaned it well.

  4. just be careful because you can make it sore!

there is no technique remember you've just had a hole but through your belly button there may be dried up blood stopping it from twisting or maybe an infection!

use hot water and salt twice a day for a week or 2 that should clear it up if there is!

  5. Get a piece of cotton wool and soak it in warm salty water, then gentle clean your navel with it and try turning it after that.

  6. It's probably still healing, when i got mine i couldn't twist it for like a week. It's fine don't panic! as long as you clean it, it will be fine.

  7. its better to do it while your cleaning it that way there's no crust or anything stopping it from moving, try moving it up and down before you start twisting it .  don't worry if you can't twist it all the way around, just do it from side to side.  try not to move it too often otherwise it will irritate the piercing.
