I NEED HELP WITH A HEADace?

ok heres the position im not at home and i dont have any meds with me whats a easy way to get rid of a headace with out leaving the place im at. Maybe like some weird pinch or something like that

  3. Please understand the reason for your headache.. Is it due to stress strain or other health reason.. remedy will depend upon the cause.

The acupressure point between thumb and forefinger does work and there is a couple more.  You will know if you hit it if you feel and pain slightly more intense that is instantly gone when you relieve the pressure.  There is another that works for me that is in the brows two thirds out from the center.  There is also a few more that can help with headaches since you can't leave do a search for acupressure points.

    If you can get to anything with caffeine that will help by opening the capillaries and increase blood flow.

  5. An ice pack on the forehead. A headache is caused when the blood flows too fast through the vessels causing the pounding sensation. Putting an ice pack on your forehead shrinks the blood vessels making the blood flow slower. I have tried it on a migraine and it works.

  6. tap the area between your eyes for a minute or so. Then begin tapping the area just above your eye brows (start by your nose, and make your away to your temples. Then tap your temples for a minute or so. Do this over and over (4-5 times) Then put a cold compress on your forehead. lay down and close your eyes. It sounds weird, but I found this method on line and it helped me!

  7. try napping,maybe it will be gone when you awaken.

  8. Walk to the store, or a local gas station.  A two pack is relatively cheap, 99 cents or so.

  10. A pinch is certainly the answer!

    Grab the skin between your thumb and forefinger and pinch or rub that for a few minutes or until the headache subsides. I know it sounds silly, but it really does work. According to the practice of reflexology, that part of your hand connects to your head.

    Also, take deep breaths.

    Feel better!

  11. o.k. if you cannot leave the place with 2nd finger tap it on your temple couple of times or just meditate for a littile while.
