I NEED HELP WITH MY CELLPHONE.?

Question

okay i got my cell phone (EnV)wet at like 2 and when i turn it on there was no sound but now when i turn it on the Main Screen Inside is white.

and on the front screen it says car kit.

help.

and when i call someone they cant hear me and i cant hear them.

help.

First of all, that is a picture of the VX9800, or the "V", not the enV.  

Second, try to use a hair dryer to dry out the phone (take out the battery, open the charger jack, and blow it in these areas.  Put it in front of a fan and leave it like that overnight, with battery off and charger jack facing fan.  Then try it the next day and see if it helped.

Sorry about this, Looks like your phone is broken beyond repair. =(

If you still believe that it has hope to recover, Do This:

1) Take out the battery and SIM. If they are wet dry them off.

2)Turn your phone over and inspect for any water.

3) Turn phone over so the empty-battery side is facing up. Let it dry out for a few days. DO NOT use a hair dryer because it can damage the wires!

4) Pray.

5) After a couple days, put everything back in and see if the phone works properly. If not, there is nothing you can do. Sorry, you'll have to get a new phone.

Hey at least you still have your SIM card!
