I NEED HELP WITH PUSH UPS VERY URGENT?

ok I'm a sophomore in high school and i am a wrestler. the wrestling season starts in the winter january maybe i need to be able to do 50 push ups by then or i cant wrestle. i can now do about 15 or 20 how can i get there in time and maybe be able to do some extra?

  1. Try to do 15 push-ups any 3 separate times during the day for about 3-4 days.

    Then, do 20 push-ups any 3 separate times during the day for like 2-3 days. then just keep adding on to it and soon u should be able to pull off 50 push-ups without even trying.

    It does work, u just keep adding on until it becomes easy to do the number ur on and then just move up.

  2. I can do 50 push ups in one go.... Well first of all most kids can't do even 20 push ups so I'm guessing you might be doing them wrong.... The most important thing about push ups is that you do them very slow not fast... And what you can do is like 20 push ups today then 22 tomorow then 24 the next day and keep going up in 2's every day...

  3. keep doing them every day as many as you can..or do this do as many pushups and then rest for like  10seconds and do some more and keep doing it till you cant anymore..it help to get stronger
