I NEED URGENT AMERICAN HELP!!!?

My Uncle is in the greatest country in the world America, New York and he is trying to get me the apple iphone to bring over to england.

Problem is he says he went to the applestore and they will only sell it on contract or unblocked for $900!!

Where can i get it on Pay as you go for a reasonable price??
