I NEED a scholarship 2 get out of here!!!?

ok. so i wanna go abroad 2 college but my family doesnt have the funds 2 send me away. plus...seeing that my country doesn't use the gpa system in high schools so i dont know if my gpa is good or not good enough to get a scholarship. also, if i go abroad i want 2 do neuroscience but i want to get a music scholarship. (if i could get any other it would be nice) but should i get the MUSIC scholarship

1) should i do anything music related?

2) what do these types of scholarships normally require?
