im 15 pretty skinny will i lose weight if i only do cardio and at home workouts like lunges and stuff every signel day when will i see results oh ya and if i go on a healthy diet thanks1

  2. Well if you are already pretty skinny it sounds like you don't need to lose weight. Cardio and at home workouts including lunges are great ways to becoming fit and healthy, howvever. Working out everyday can be harmful to the body if you are not active right now.  I would ease your way into things. A healthy diet is also a good idea. If you have excess weight you should see results with the healthy habits you mentioned.

  3. Well. If you're skinny, you should start getting more weight. You should check your BMI to know your standard weight. Then make sure you eat more than you exercise to gain weight. But eat healthy! Hope this helps! 1-2 months SRY!

    P.S. you can find out from your calories you burn and calories you intake :D. When did I ask a question? Oh I see i didnt read the queston xD around 1-2 months. SRY

  4. Really we can all only guess. You'll know the answer in the next 2 - 3 weeks by weighing yourself every 2-3 days. Faithfully keep a weight chart and track your weight up or down. Still, weight is only one factor, you really should track your BMI. They have at-home scales that do that now.
