I NEED to know this! Why do I get turned on very easily during severe weather?

Honestly, I think it's something to do with the electrical current in the air or the static electricity or SOMETHING. But, really, I need to know, because if there's thunder, lightening, rainclouds, etc., I can get off like there's no tomorrow. I know that some people act different when there's a full moon because of the gravitational pull, etc., but seriously, am I just messed up or is there actual science and theory behind this??

  1. Depends on how nervous severe weather makes you.  If you're already in a heightened mental state because you're concerned about the weather affecting something or something, it's possible you have slightly heightened senses that leads to a higher experience.

    That's my theory.

  2. For what it is worth, many animals react to changes and particularly things like lightning and thunder.

  3. My ex-boyfriend was the same, when it rained or there was thunder or lightening, he got all excited-no idea why!

Maybe its because the weather is cold, we want to snuggle up 7 get warm, then its leads on.....lol.

  4. Well, apparently a sense of danger causes people to attach attractive feelings to the most positive person around as sort of a comfort mechanism. Situations of mild danger usually make people more attracted to other people, hence more turned on. (I forget what TV show I saw this on! I think it was Discover channel. They did this thing where they tested how hot guys thought a girl was when they met her on a swinging bridge compared to a solid bridge, and found that the swinging/dangerous bridge made her look hotter!)
