  1. okay i was just like you.

i was a little insecure of my body and i wanted to do something about it

    for 7 days i did a detox.

a detox is when all of the toxins in your body are cleaned out and you lose the water weight as well..

along with exercise, you eat water foods during a detox..naturally watered fruits and vegetables help you get better results..if you need carbs try rice or whole wheat products.

to start a detox, buy a pilll called  SLIMQUICK cleanse. its designed for women and its a jumpstart to weight loss..it is a gentle detox that is just 7 days long.

i was doubtful that it would work since its over the counter and you can get it at any drugstore or gnc.. but i was very suprised! i got great results...as long as you stay with the program you will begin to see the pounds shed! i lost 7 pounds in 7 days.

you can do it =] good luck

  2. start by eating healthy. NO junk food like chips and etc. always look at the calories and carbohydrates on the food before you eat it. also take a walk everyday after you eat it relaxes you and helps burn calories. just to tell you you have to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat. Remember this eat less calories than you burn. Hope i helped and good luck to ME AND YOU. lol im still trying to lose weight and so far i lost like about 4 or 5 pounds. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. do crunches everyday and exercises. i always do exercises after i eat.

  3. Don't do crunches, at least not yet. All that does is strengthen your stomach muscles, but if there's a layer of fat over it, it won't do you any good. Start doing some cardio and consume less calories. It'll come off.

  4. watch what you eat , eat smaller portions and five times a day three hours apart and jog or use the tredmill (excersize) and lots of crunches you should see a diffrence in about four weeks you will look hot if you keep it up. drink lots of water only

  5. I'm sure it isn't as bad as you think a lot of times we are our own worst critic when it comes to our bodies but if you are really worried do sit ups and drink a lot of water and run.  Those are the best ways to lose body fat!

  6. Ok well eat healthy go jogging. People say crunches help but really if you dont suck it in well doing crunches it pushes your tummy. Do leg lifts. Lay on the ground lift your legs up and down with out touching the ground with your legs. But really running is best because it slims down everything. And sit-ups.

  7. If you really want to lose weight and have a healthy body then you need to do two things. Just two things. They are called EATING HEALTHY AND EXCERCISE!!!!!!!

First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn't mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn't mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.

Secondly you need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up.

This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.

  8. I went on a Low- Carb Diet and it really worked for me.  The one I went on did not allow you to eat more that 200 carbs per day. So Choose your meals wisely.  There are alot of good low carb products on the market now .  Good Luck

  9. o.o well seems you have a low self esteem but if you choose to lose weight i guess you should go to your local gym and have a proffesional train you or just go for morning jogs.

  10. Sit-ups and lots of water - lost me two stone in two years without even trying, until the point where I had to be careful not to lose more weight or I would have been underweight. Before that, all through puberty my sister had been nagging that I was overweight (I wasn't, checked BMI and was just within the healthy weight range).

If that doesn't help, just look for shirts that have a flattering cut (flowing, nothing extremely tight because it can make the skinniest person seem either fat or like a skeleton, neither of which is a good look) and you won't mind your belly as much. If you're skinny enough overall - I don't mean skeletal either - and like the style, you can even get away with long shirts with skinny jeans or leggings.

  11. I'm so sorry you feel this way.

    I feel like this also.

My body image really gets to me sometimes.

First things first, you need to work on your confidence and self esteem, otherwise if you do lose weight you will still be dissatisfied with your body.

Try moderate-vigorous exercise 3-5 times per week for 30-60 minutes per session.

Also, cut your caloric intake by 500-1000 calories and you should begin to lose weight rapidly.

Good luck, and please try to feel good about yourself.

I'm sure you're beautiful the way you are. :)

  12. do a ton of crunches over a 5 year span
