I NEED to lose 15lbs in 10 days?

I know its possible, so how do you do it?

Idc if its unhealthy, alright?

I really need to lose this.

Soo, how do I lose the weight?

(and how do I keep it off for the longest time possible?)

  1. the ONLY way ur gunna do that is if you starve yourself. which is unhealthy, but hey, im not critisizing you. try drinking nothing  but water for the next ten days. also, DONT eat more that 1000 calories. (trust me, thats not alot) then on the final day, get some over the counter pills. the kind that make you pee ALOT. it will cause you too lose much of your body weight from the water in your system. when i did it i lost about 12 lbs in one day. (it wont stay off for long though)

    to keep it off you need to excersize alot and build up some muscle. you will be very weak for a while from the starving. also, you will probably develope anorexia.

  3. cabbage-soup-diet.com.   My sister did it and it worked.  It's not as gross as it sounds.

  4. fruit diet. eat nothing up fruits and veggies and egg whites for 9 days and your going to shed alot of weight. I did it but it was sooooooo hard i only made it to eight days.  

  5. I saw a guy on an episode of True Life who quit his job

    and isolated himself from everyone. He then made a rule

    that he would only eat 1 meal a day between 300-350

    calories per day. He could drop 15 pounds in like less

    than 2 weeks... A-MAzing, I know but totally dangerous.

    To keep his mind of eating more food, he watched videos

    online about how to lose weight. He also kept a card that

    counted down to his goal weight and he would cross off

    every pound he lost. This kept him motivated to keep going,

    along with the picture of himself hanging on his refridgerator

    to remind himself of what he didn't want to go back to.

    You could possibly do this diet, short term but I wouldn't

    suggest it long term because it's definitely NOT HEALTHY

    but it's worth a shot.
