I NEED to lose weight and get into shape ASAP?

okay so i really want to join the crew team but in order to increase my chances of making it i have to get into shape... and fast. i also want to lose my stomach and very jiggly thighs in the process. i have been running but not very much, i do push ups but i really need tips and work out advice and some things that will whoop my *** into shape. thank you!

    I found some great fat burning tips from the site http://fitness4u.sitesled.com .  There are tips form the top fitness trainers.  There are also some good downloadable free ebooks.  The truth about abs and your six pack quest are also good programs that friends of mine used.  They really give you what you need to lose the fat without losing muscle.

  2. Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.

    There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.

    The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.

    Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

  3. Well, I've been running 5-6 miles everyday for the last eight months, but I eat really really healthy. At the beginning, when I first started getting into running, I tried this thing called the "Ten Day Diet". I swear, it made me lose 10 pounds right away which helped me get a head start on my weight loss/getting into shape. What you gotta do is JUST eat FRUITS and VEGETABLES for 10 days. You can have whatever to drink, except soda, but FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. And thats it. Although, I would suggest eating a balanced breakfast. So when you wake up in the morning... Maybe make a "sunny side-up" egg, eat a FAT-FREE yogurt (yoplait is the best) and then if you can find the Whole Wheat or Whole Grain bagels ( usually bagels aren't good for you, but whole wheat/grain is a belly flattening food, as well as yogurt) and maybe spread some jam on top. NO CREAM CHEESE. Then the rest of the day, nothing but fruits and veggies. Drink as MUCH WATER as you can and exercise your butt off for these ten days. Although, after the ten days, you can have more food, you dont wanna go back to junk food because it'll make you gain the same weight back. So, I know it sounds hard to do it for ten days, but maybe get a friend and keep eachother accountable... thats how i did it! Good luck!

  4. Cutt out all the junk food, soda, fast food.... & replace with water, healthy snacks, & healthy meals. This will help greatly. Then start walking, or running. Just eat healthier & become more active. Thats the recipe to loosing weight. :)

  5. WELL STOP EATING JUNK FOOD.SWEETS.FOOD HIGH ON FAT AND START EATING MORE VEGIS AND FRUITS. DRINK MORE WATER. DO ALOT OF CARDIO AND FULL BODY CIRCUT EXERCISES. LIKE EXAMPLE......PUSH UPS, THEN BODY WEIGHT SQUATS, THEN LUNGES, THEN JUMPING SQUATS, THEN CRUNCHES, THEN LEG RAISES. YOU DO THESE ONE AFTER ANOTHER TILL YOU FINISH ALL OF THEM WITHOUT STOPPING JUST KEEP GOING AND THEN REST AND THEN DO IT AGAIN FOR LIKE 4 ROUNDS. YOU COULD MAKE UP YOUR OWN JUST LOOOK FOR BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES AND PICK THE ONES YOU LIKE AND AND DO THEM IN A CIRCUT.
